We believe that, along with its intrinsic scientific interest, the AEET, Sfe2 & EEF Joint Meeting has a great social relevance, as nature conservation, preservation of ecosystem services and mitigation of global climate change are essential to procure social welfare at a global level and involve the participation of all social actors. Furthermore, this congress aims to inspire discussions and collaborations that will drive positive change in the field of ecology, promoting a more inclusive and sustainable future for scientific research.

Environmental accountability and outreach efforts to educate the wider community about relevant scientific findings should be a priority for institutions and are of vital importance for an informed public discussion on these issues.

All institutions and corporations concerned with social and environmental responsibility are welcome to collaborate with the organisation of the AEET, Sfe2 & EEF Joint Meeting, through different modalities described below. Alternatively, by sponsoring a specific scientific session your communication effort can be targeted to specific groups of attendees.

* Advertising brochures should be provided by advertisers, preferably in a number of 1.200 units, which is the approximate number of participants expected, and within the deadlines that will be indicated; we strongly request that they be printed on recycled paper, in accordance with the sustainability policy of the congress.

Note: VAT will be charged at 21% in addition all the above prices.

Other modalities of participation

Distribution of promotional brochures:

Your corporate image and information about your products or services can be made available to congress participants. For a modest investment of 1000 € we will distribute your corporate brochures* to all registered participants.

* Advertising brochures should be provided by advertisers, preferably in a number of 1.200 units, which is the approximate number of participants expected, and within the deadlines that will be indicated; we strongly request that they be printed on recycled paper, in accordance with the sustainability policy of the congress.

In-kind contributions: In line with the sustainability policy of our community, and with the intention of reducing the environmental impact of the conference, on this occasion the organization prefers to avoid distributing merchandising products, thus, there are other forms to contribute with us as the followings:

  • Prizes: Contribution can be in the form of a prize or financial support for the best communication by young environmentalists on hot topics such as climate change, biodiversity conservation, preservation of ecosystem services, restoration of degraded natural areas, etc.
     
  • Dissemination: Any collaboration in the promotion and publicity of this event is very welcome. We are grateful for the institutional support of PRIs, universities and public institutions and administrations.

  • 3×2 metre fully fitted booth with mains power. Includes 1 registration. 1500 €
