Official deadline for submitting contributions to the scientific sessions of the AEET, Sfe2 & EEF Joint Meeting 2027 shall expire on Tuesday, 15th December 2026 (14:00 h. UTC+1) . Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through this form*. Abstracts received by e-mail will not be accepted. Incomplete abstracts or abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

Please note that the list of sessions and descriptions of the thematic symposia are available at: (add link to the program of scientific sessions).

You will be able to log back in and re-edit your contribution at any time until the submission deadline (Tuesday, 15th December 2026 at 14:00 h. UTC+1). After that, you will not be able to modify any element (session, type of contribution, title, abstract, keywords or sequential list of authors). Before saving the final-revised version, check all fields in the form to ensure that all information is correct, and be sure to click on the ‘send/save’ button.  

Caution!: According to the one person/one submission rule, it is not possible to upload more than one contributions from the same user (except in case you apply to TS.E-3. "Education in Ecology: beyond the transfer of knowledge" (focused on education). You cannot upload someone else's abstract from your account If you log in again from your user and re-edit any field of the already saved abstract , you will overwrite (delete) the data of the previously registered contribution.  

If you want to send a second contribution to TS.E-3, once you have finished (or checked) the first abstract submission (by clicking on the ‘send/save’ button), the system will ask you if you wish to make a second submission (see the button at the bottom of the confirmation screenshot). 

Data fields on personal data and career stage are voluntary and will be used only for the purpose of participation statistics. Our societies are highly committed to the democratisation of knowledge and aims to promote diversity within our scientific-academic community.

Early career researchers (ECRs), including bachelor and master students, PhD students and postdocs (within eight years of obtaining their PhD), who wish to apply for the AEET awards for the best oral/poster ECRs should enter their stage in the ‘career profile’ selector and tick the box corresponding to “awards”.

*Please fill in all fields of the form in small letters. Use capital letters only for the initial letters of proper names, beginnings of sentences, acronyms, etc., and enter the Keywords separated by comma.
